How do I buy tickets?
Step 1.
Select the type of the tickets and the amount.
Confirm your order and log in to your client account. In case you do not have an account yet, you will have to create one. You also will be able to create and log in to your client account with your Facebook account (Facebook login) for some of the events.
Pay with your credit card. Some of the events will also accept payments with PayPal.
How do I personalize my tickets and why do I have to do it?
Step 1.
NAfter the purchase you have to personalize your tickets. This can be done immediately or shortly before your visit of the event.
Click on the button Print out tickets.

Step 2.
On the following page click on Print ticket and fill out the registration form completely.
You can personalize tickets for yourself or someone else.
Print-at-home tickets (p@h) are personal and non-transferable. Retain your ticket carefully. Identify yourself at the entrance with a valid ID card or passport. Each ticket can be printed out several times; therefore it is necessary, that the name on the ID matches the name on the ticket.
How do I get my tickets?
Step 1.
After the form has been filled out completely, click on the button Save and continue.
Your ticket will be ready to download.
Please note that the tickets will not be sent to you via e-mail.
How do I reprint my ticket?
Step 1.
Log in to your client account and from the menu in the upper right corner choose Order history.

Step 2.
In the list shown find your order and open it by clicking on the button See detail.

Step 3.
Now click on the button Reprint.
How do I get my tickets on my mobile device?
Step 1.
There are two ways to get your ticket onto your mobile device. You can either send or copy the PDF file with your ticket to your mobile device or you can simply log in to your client account directly from your mobile device and download the ticket.
How do I create my client account?
Step 1.
After choosing the type and amount of tickets you want to buy and confirming the order, you will be forwarded to the login page. If you do not have a client account yet, please click on the button Create a new account.

Step 2.
Fill in the registration form completely. After finishing the registration click on the button Create account.

Step 3.
For some of the events you will have a possibility to create a new client account using your Facebook account (Facebook login).
Why do I need a client account?
Step 1.
Your data is required to generate an invoice and a delivery order.
You can buy your tickets now and personalize them later. In the meantime the tickets will be stored in your account. You can also edit or correct the name on your ticket
You can buy tickets for several events using only one account.
You can follow the status of your orders.
You can log in to your account on a mobile device and save your tickets on it.
SYou can reprint your lost tickets.
You will profit from personal offers and stay informed.
How do I log in to my client account?
Step 1.
On the ticket shop homepage click on the link My account in the upper right corner and then enter your email and password on the following page
I forgot my password.
Step 1.
On the ticket shop homepage click on the link My account in the upper right corner..
In the next step click on the link Have you forgotten your password?in the section You already have an account?

Step 2.
On the following page enter your email address and click on the button Send new password. Your new password will be sent to you per email.
How do I edit my personal data in my client account?
Step 1.
Log in to your client account.
From the menu Client account on the right please select Profile or Address bookrespectively to edit and correct your data.
How do I delete my client account?
Step 1.
Log in to your client account. From the menu Client account on the right please select Profile.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Remove my account.

Step 2.
In the pop-up window shown enter your password and then click on the button Remove my account.
Is my ticket valid with the wrong name?
Step 1.
Print-at-home tickets (p@h) are personal and non-transferable. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket.
You have the possibility to give your already personalized tickets to other. All you have to do is just to change the name on the ticket.
How do I change the name on my ticket?
Step 1.
You can change the name on your tickets by no later than 24 hours before the event starts.
To do so you have to log in to your client account and find the correct order. From the menu Client account on the right please select Order history.

Step 2.
Choose the order of the ticket you want to edit by clicking on the button See details.

Step 3.
Now you have to click on the button Transfer.

Step 4.
The registration form will be displayed. Enter the corrected ticket holder data and save the ticket. Now you will be able to download and print it.
Please note that the ticket printed out with the wrong name will be cancelled and you will not be able to enter the exhibition grounds with it.
I want to cancel my tickets.
Step 1.
Cancellation of print-at-home tickets (p@h) is not possible. There will be no refunds.
Where can I find the invoice for my tickets?
Step 1.
In order to print your invoice you have to log in to your client account. From the menu Client account select Order history.

Step 2.
In the list find the order and open it by clicking on the button See details.

Step 3.
Scroll down the following page. In the section Modification history click on the link Invoice.
I want to change my invoice.
Step 1.
If you want to have your invoice changed, please contact us directly.
How do I use vouchers and codes?
Step 1.
In order to redeem your voucher code, visit the website named on the back side of the voucher (e. g. www.ifa-voucher.com) and enter your 16-digit e-voucher code in the box Voucher Code.
If you want to redeem more than one voucher code simply click Add Voucher Code and enter another code. Then click Continue. Please note that there is a time limit of 15 minutes for this transaction.

Step 2.
On the next page please log in to the shop. If you don’t have an account yet please click Create a new account. If you already have an account, please proceed to step 4.

Step 3.
You can now create your account. Simply enter your emailadress, your password and personal information. At some Events you can log in with your facebook account.

Step 4.
You can choose between private account and company account, enter your postal address, as well as subscribe to newsletters. Then enter the verification code shown in the picture and click Create account.

Step 5.
Now you have the possibility to check the content of your cart.

Step 6.
Please confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions and click Complete your order.
Please note that the code will be invalidated. You will not be able to use it again after you clicked Complete your order.

Step 7.
Please note down your order reference number for possible later requests. On the Order confirmation page simply click Print out tickets.

Step 8.
Personalise your tickets. First click Print ticket then enter personal details for each ticket holder. Click Save and continue. Your tickets will be now available to download. Only the invoice will be sent to your email address

Step 9.
Please print your ticket (shown as a PDF-file). On the day of your visit you may proceed directly to the entrance.
Please note that tickets in the format shown below will be only accepted as paper prints.

Step 10.
Alternatively you can save the PDF file on your smartphone, tablet, netbook or notebook and present it at the entrance to the fairgrounds. To do that log in to the shop on your device, click Open on mobile phone and save the file.
